Rebuilding Your Three Speed Hub

Remove the cog and two large spacer washers from the hub by lifting them off.

Remove the hub from the vice and flip over momentarily. Loosen the left-hand locknut and left-hand cone by using an adjustable wrench and cone wrench respectively.
