Rebuilding Your Three Speed Hub

All right, let's start! Begin by disconnecting the shifter cable. You do this by loosening the threaded adjuster near the rear wheel.

Loosen both the left and right axle nuts with an adjustable wrench. Once loose, slide the rear wheel out of the frame.
